Girl Scout Troops 
Levels for Grades Kindergarten- 8th
grade
Daisy Girl Scouts – Kindergarten & Grade 1
(usually meet once a month) **
Brownie Girl Scouts – Grades 2 and 3 (usually
meet once or twice a month) **
Junior Girl Scouts – Grades 4 and 5 (usually
meet once or twice a month) **
Cadette Girl Scouts – Grades 6, 7 & 8 (usually
meet once a month) **
Girl Scouts is a chance for girls to gather
together, build on friendships, grow with
individual and group activity, build self-esteem
as well as do community service projects.
Our Troops usually start in late September and
go until the end of May. Some
troops do field trips over the summer months, too.
There are also Girl Scout Neighborhood Events that
the girls are invited to attend throughout the school year.
Some of these events in the past have included Daddy/Daughter Dances,
Bowling Events, Sing-a-long Events, and Skating Events.
The girls are also allowed to attend camps offered by the Girl Scouts
