TUITION PAYMENTS

Tuition statements will be sent out from Tuition Management Systems.  Payment is due on or before the due dates shown on your statements.  The amounts shown are the minimum amounts due. You may pay more or ahead of schedule if you wish. 

Students will not be admitted to classes for any quarter for which tuition is not paid.

Half Day Kindergarten students do not qualify for the multiple child family discounts.

REGISTRATION

Registration for the next school year takes place in the late winter of the current school year.  Current students may register for the next school year by sending in the completed forms along with the appropriate registration fees, or bring their completed forms to the school office.  

Registrations will not be accepted from those who are behind in their payments or contributions for the current or previous school years.

The registration fee, which is nonrefundable, is due at the time of registration.

$125 for one child
 
$250 for two or more children 

Current students, who register after the registration period for current school families will be expected to bring current their tuition payments according to the Tuition Payment Schedule upon registration. Arrangements with the principal about a special Tuition Payment Schedule including late fees are also a possibility.

IN-PARISH REQUIREMENT

Those who are registered in the parish and who are supporting the work of the parish through regular use of their weekly contribution envelopes are entitled to the discounted in-parish tuition rate.

In order to qualify for the in-parish rate, it is expected that the family be:

• Registered members of St. Raphael Parish at least from December 31^st preceding enrollment in school.
• Attend weekly liturgies regularly and support the work of the parish
